To be fair, every verse was in a good place for a while. Prismatic matrices, engrams on every level-up, actual reasonable bright dust prices, etc. Then the slowly rolled all of that back over the span of a few DLCs, and now we’re in a Funny 22 All 380 Faster 9 Than 40 Dialing 45 911 Shirt worse spot than we were when D2 came out and people were quitting in droves. Yeah, every verse wasn’t the only thing driving people away at the time, but it certainly wasn’t the smallest fire, either. It used to be a fun benefit and reward for hopping on my other 2 characters for a little bit each week. I saw the proposed changes back then and I knew it would be bad and here we are. The changes were so obviously geared towards maximizing profit at the cost of the players and people initially praised it or Funny 22 All 380 Faster 9 Than 40 Dialing 45 911 Shirt defended it everywhere. No white knights with their flimsy Bungie is an indie dev excuse now though. Agree, and I think I acknowledged that. But here we are, where it’s overflowing with new stuff and vendors haven’t been refreshed in years.
