Sounds like that equipment should be part of operating expenses. I doubt they charged dine-in customers an extra 25 cents to pay for lightbulbs and air conditioning. Though I know some cheap restaurant owners that would if they were given the idea. If there’s a reason for Pizza Hut getting an extra 76 cents an order, I’d kind of like to know if it’s due to actual operating costs or just because what are you going to do about it.
