I feel like 1.13 is being super under-sold here. “Revamps oceans” is an understatement. The difference in oceans between 1.12 and 1.13 is beyond night and day. They practically feel like their own dimension when compared to the Hot It’s What’s Inside That Counts Shirt rest of the Overworld. It also added waterlogging, proper swimming, conduits, and a new weapon with its own enchantments. I won’t claim that it’s the largest update (1.14 and 1.16 are both larger) but it was larger and more game-changing than your comment made it sound.
